The Personal OS · Layer Zero

Watch a second brain build itself.

Before any tool can sound like you, something has to hold the data, knowledge, and context that is you. This is that layer: a real knowledge graph that assembles itself one captured thought at a time. Keep scrolling.

01 · Self

It starts with who you are.

Three files at the core: identity, goals, voice. Everything the system ever does inherits this context first.

02 · Capture & distill

Every input becomes an atomic note.

A transcript, a paper, a brain dump, each distilled into one idea per node. The big nodes are the hubs that organize everything else.

03 · Connect

Then the ideas find each other.

Each new note links to what's already there. The graph isn't stored. It's woven, and density is the whole point.

04 · Organize

It clusters itself by domain.

No one filed these. The structure emerged: GTM, agent infrastructure, healthcare, and the threads that cut across all of them.

05 · Compound

Now ask it a question.

You don't start from a blank page. The brain hands you every adjacent thing you've ever captured, connections you forgot you made.

The second time you think about a topic, you're not starting over. The graph already connected it.

This isn't a mockup. It's a live export of one working personal OS. Tools rotate every 18 months. A brain like this compounds. By month six it's leverage. By year two it's a moat.
the system is the foundation. everything else personalizes on top.
